    Last week, we launched 13 MG Motor Middle East websites across MENA, covering the regional hub and 12 distributor markets from GCC to North Africa. In just 3 months. It was a full-scale transformation: from design and infrastructure to content and regional deployment. 🌍 13 websites 🌐 3 languages (EN / AR / FR) 🧱 Full redesign + migration ⚡ Zero downtime rollout We started with workshops on-site, aligning teams across regions and defining a shared vision. We spent time in showrooms, understanding how customers actually experience the brand. We redesigned everything, from UX and navigation to visual storytelling. And we rebuilt the entire ecosystem to make it scalable, fast and ready for growth. Even when 2 of our AWS servers were hit by rockets, we adapted quickly, ensuring stability and keeping the rollout on track without delays. The result? Unified, 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬, what the industry now calls 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞-𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥. This project shows what’s possible when strategy, design, and technology come together… not as separate steps, but as one coordinated effort together with MG Motor Middle East.     We’re proud to share that our joint initiative with JLR MENA and OMG has 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 “𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 (𝐒𝐄𝐎)” at the #MENASearchAwards 2025! 🏆   This recognition reflects 𝐉𝐋𝐑 𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐀’𝐬 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚-𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, combined with 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞’𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐎𝐌𝐆’𝐬 𝐒𝐄𝐎 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞. Together, we formed a unified team focused on transforming performance data into strategic action.   Using Reffine’s proprietary 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥, we identified key opportunities to enhance digital experience speed across MENA markets. This led to a recommendation to reengineer the server infrastructure—tailored to regional needs—to optimize load times and reliability.   The results were immediate and measurable: 🔹 In Saudi Arabia, Land Rover’s website ranking among luxury competitors jumped from 6th to 3rd. 🔹 Organic search improvements contributed to a +17.41% uplift in enquiry form submissions. This project exemplifies how 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚-𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 can drive meaningful digital transformation.
