Last week, we launched 13 MG Motor Middle East websites across MENA, covering the regional hub and 12 distributor markets from GCC to North Africa. In just 3 months. It was a full-scale transformation: from design and infrastructure to content and regional deployment. 🌍 13 websites 🌐 3 languages (EN / AR / FR) 🧱 Full redesign + migration ⚡ Zero downtime rollout We started with workshops on-site, aligning teams across regions and defining a shared vision. We spent time in showrooms, understanding how customers actually experience the brand. We redesigned everything, from UX and navigation to visual storytelling. And we rebuilt the entire ecosystem to make it scalable, fast and ready for growth. Even when 2 of our AWS servers were hit by rockets, we adapted quickly, ensuring stability and keeping the rollout on track without delays. The result? Unified, 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬, what the industry now calls 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞-𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥. This project shows what’s possible when strategy, design, and technology come together… not as separate steps, but as one coordinated effort together with MG Motor Middle East. We’re proud to share that our joint initiative with JLR MENA and OMG has 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 “𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 (𝐒𝐄𝐎)” at the #MENASearchAwards 2025! 🏆 This recognition reflects 𝐉𝐋𝐑 𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐀’𝐬 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚-𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, combined with 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞’𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐎𝐌𝐆’𝐬 𝐒𝐄𝐎 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞. Together, we formed a unified team focused on transforming performance data into strategic action. Using Reffine’s proprietary 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥, we identified key opportunities to enhance digital experience speed across MENA markets. This led to a recommendation to reengineer the server infrastructure—tailored to regional needs—to optimize load times and reliability. The results were immediate and measurable: 🔹 In Saudi Arabia, Land Rover’s website ranking among luxury competitors jumped from 6th to 3rd. 🔹 Organic search improvements contributed to a +17.41% uplift in enquiry form submissions. This project exemplifies how 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚-𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 can drive meaningful digital transformation.

Your OEM website is a massive sales funnel asset. 📈 According to the JD Power 2026 U.S. Manufacturer Website Evaluation Study, your website is an important engine driving the modern automotive buyer journey. 🔍 For undecided shoppers, it is a primary exploration engine – 94% of them visit the manufacturer's website and spend significant time browsing detailed content. ✅ 83% of undecided shoppers websites still remain a mandatory destination for product validation and technical specification checks. ✨ 66%+ of those undecided shoppers say they would consider purchasing the brand featured on the website after engaging with its content. As Cory Maxwell, digital experience consultant at JD Power, noted: “One in three new-vehicle shoppers begin their journey without a specific brand in mind, yet nearly all of them still visit an OEM website. While those shoppers are highly engaged, we continue to see that about 20 percent of OEM sites prioritize branding over the detailed vehicle information shoppers are actively seeking.”

This iterative process is not a sign that something went wrong. It’s a sign that the team is doing the work properly. Behind every well-designed digital solution are dozens of iterations: ideas tested, assumptions challenged, flows redesigned and features refined. From the outside, people usually only see the finished interface or the final release. What they rarely see is the process: the whiteboards full of diagrams, the discussions around edge cases, the adjustments after feedback and the constant improvements along the way. Whether it’s CMS implementations, Stock Locator customizations or verifyling and scoring leads with AI the best results come from collaboration, testing... 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 - 𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Recently we experienced an AWS outage in the Bahrain region affecting part of our infrastructure. Not just us, a lot of companies. Fortunately, we handled the situation smoothly, mainly thanks to preparation. As Tomasz Badowiec, CTO at Reffine, commented the situation with the servers: “The cloud sometimes feels like something abstract, but it’s still physical infrastructure. These are real servers in real locations. And when something happens there, you need to be ready.” A few things that worked well and might be useful for others: 1️⃣ Our monitoring tools alerted us almost 𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐖𝐒 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, which gave us valuable time to react. 2️⃣ Instead of deciding what to do under pressure, we followed our predefined 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬. 3️⃣ Our 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 and ultimately successful, but we learned how to make the next one much faster (shall it ever happen). 4️⃣ With Infrastructure as Code we didn’t need to manually configure everything (though some things needed to be done manually). The environment could be 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐝𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫. 5️⃣ Doing regular backups meant that even in a worst-case scenario, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞. And as Krzysztof Niksinski, Platform engineering Team Lead at Reffine, noted after the incident: “This kind of work is usually invisible. When everything runs smoothly, nobody thinks about it, but it’s crucial for everything else to work properly.” Incidents like this are a good reminder that monitoring, automation and disaster recovery planning really matter.

Last week we had a meeting during which every team took the stage to share their highlights from 2025. And there was a lot to be proud of. Why two months later? Well… we’ve had plenty of work, and as always, projects and deadlines come first, so we decided to postpone it a bit.But it was worth the wait. 💪 During our summary meeting we discussed: ✔️ What went well (a lot!) ✔️ What we’ve learned ✔️ Where we’re heading next ✔️ Our growth plans for the coming year Beyond the strategy and numbers, what makes this meeting unique is the atmosphere. Honest conversations. Engaged discussions. Shared responsibility for what comes next. And of course... a little fun too. Competitions, quizzes and some healthy team rivalry reminded us that great results and great energy can absolutely go hand in hand. A very special moment this year was celebrating Krzysztof Niksinski 10 years at Reffine. Excited for what’s ahead. Ready for 2026.

What if the biggest risk for Western OEMs isn’t technology… …but mindset? AI is here to stay. In some markets, it already shapes vehicle design cycles, supply chain decisions, software iteration, customer personalization. In our latest newsletter we asked Felipe Munoz a few questions... and got some very insightul answers. Curious how big the gap really is? 🔗 Read here: https://lnkd.in/d8MbVBMJ

I love electric cars. I know, I know… for some that still sounds controversial. I also love AI. And honestly? The emotional reactions around both feel strangely familiar. At Reffine, we recently interviewed Felipe Munoz (I’ll link it in the comments). He said something that resonated deeply with me. When EVs started gaining traction, the dominant fear was: “They have fewer parts. They’ll destroy jobs.” But that’s not what really happened. The assembly line didn’t disappear. It evolved. We moved from spark plugs to software. From mechanical complexity to battery systems and code. And here’s something important: EVs didn’t need artificial protection or heavy-handed governance. They needed smart implementation and real support to mature. When transformation is forced or overregulated, it stalls. When it’s thoughtfully executed, it accelerates entire industries. Now we’re in a similar moment with AI. There’s this idea that if AI makes coding 4x faster, we’ll need 4x fewer developers. I don’t buy that. If coding becomes 4x faster, we’ll likely build: – 4x more products – 4x more features – 4x more integrations Which doesn’t reduce complexity. It multiplies it. And multiplied complexity doesn’t need fewer engineers. It needs better ones. Developers who understand business logic. Who think in systems and architecture. Who know how to work with AI instead of competing against it. The role won’t disappear. It will level up — fast. And maybe this is also why I love automotive extremes. I love EVs. But I also love hardcore petrolhead engineering — real LSDs, hydraulic steering, mechanical feedback. Both can exist. Both push the industry forward in different ways. AI might be similar. It won’t eliminate craftsmanship. It will redefine it. So maybe this isn’t about losing jobs. Maybe it’s about losing the “busy work” — and raising the bar for what real expertise means. Curious how you see it.

On the surface, most CMS platforms look the same. Same dashboards. Same feature lists. Same promises: “Flexible, scalable, future-proof.” So you choose an off-the-shelf CMS. Big brand. Big name. The implementation goes smoothly. The templates are there. The admin panel works. 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲. 𝐔𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥... 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧'𝐭. Because then you need something specific: 🔹 local integration with a retailer. 🔹 market-specific feature for a campaign. 🔹 custom component that doesn’t exist in the “standard package.” 🔹 new way to present offers, finance options or stock data. So you contact your support person. And that’s where the stairs begin. A long process. Endless calls. Tickets forwarded between teams. “Let’s schedule another meeting.” Suddenly, what was supposed to be a platform becomes a limitation. And instead of your CMS supporting your growth… your business starts adapting to the CMS. At Reffine, we believe it should work the other way around. You shouldn't have to fix your business into a box. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬. Because automotive brands don’t operate in one market. They operate across complex ecosystems: with integrations, partners, regulations, and local realities. That’s why we build platforms designed for change. Not stiff boxes. More like origami.

2 years vs. 4. “Ghost” factories with barely any humans. AI shaping safety, ergonomics and performance before a prototype even exists. While Europe is still discussing regulation and data privacy, Chinese carmakers are developing vehicles in half the time. We sat down with Felipe Munoz to unpack what’s real, what’s hype and what OEMs must decide now. Felipe is a leading global voice with over 350,000 followers and 50 million monthly views, participating as a speaker at major auto shows across Asia, the Americas, and Europe while contributing to several specialized media outlets. As he said, by 2026, AI could account for 20% of Chinese OEM competitiveness. Why? 👉 Read the full conversation.

What if your best leads are already in your CRM... but your scoring model simply can’t see them? That’s the uncomfortable question raised by a fresh large-scale study "AsLLR: LLM-Based Leads Ranking in Auto Sales" from Li Auto, one of China’s leading new energy vehicle brands. And the answer is even more uncomfortable for anyone still relying on classic CTR models, rule-based scoring, or “more data = better results” logic. Li Auto didn’t tweak their model. They rethought lead ranking from the ground up, using large language models to understand not just what customers do, but what they actually say. The result? A 9.5% increase in real-world vehicle sales. Read the newest newsletter to learn more!

Security and customer data are rarely something we actively worry about… until it’s too late. That’s when a “non-issue” turns into a serious risk: financially, legally and reputationally. #AI workloads increasingly touch sensitive customer data, vehicle data and core business systems. Without a secure and well-governed platform, even the most advanced AI model becomes a liability. That’s why security-by-design must be foundational. Working with global automotive clients, we see just how critical this is. Different markets, different regulations, different risk profiles, but one shared expectation: 🔐 AI must be secure from day one. This quote from Krzysztof Niksinski, PET Lead and #MachineLearning Engineer at Reffine, was shared as a comment on a newsletter" “What is the #1 concern for 650+ automotive AI developers? It’s not speed.” 👉 Link to this episode in the comments.

What inspires our team to work smarter and think deeper? We asked Milena Lipiec to share a few things that help her stay focused, curious and sharp. Here’s what she shared: 📘 Book: "Co-Intelligence" by Ethan Mollick “This isn’t a book just for tech geeks. It’s an essential read for anyone who wants to understand how to work with AI instead of being afraid of it. Mollick shows how to treat artificial intelligence as a partner - one that takes care of repetitive tasks and frees up space for creativity and better thinking.” 🎧 Podcast: Acquired by Ben Gilbert and David Rosenthal “If you want to understand how the world’s biggest companies really operate - from Nvidia to LVMH - this podcast is for you. Instead of quick news bites, you get deep, thoughtful analysis and stories that are as engaging as a great TV series. Pure business knowledge.” 🛠️ Tool: Arc Browser “A web browser reinvented. Instead of the chaos of dozens of tabs at the top of your screen, Arc introduces organized Spaces and a vertical sidebar. It helps me stay focused and makes it easy to separate work and personal life with a single click.” 🧠 Work Habit: Shutdown ritual “Instead of closing your laptop in a rush, I spend the last five minutes of the workday consciously ‘shutting down.’ I review my task list, set priorities for tomorrow, and close all open tabs. This simple habit helps my mind disconnect from work and truly rest after hours.”

A car lost for 400 days. Sounds impossible… until it happens. An article on Automotive Management (AM) (written by Tom Seymour) caught our attention. 👀 A dealer group in the UK reportedly lost track of a brand-new car for over a year - it was not stolen, not sold, just… 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦. 👉 An interesting read, not to point fingers, but to highlight a very real challenge in automotive retail: stock visibility and governance at scale. When stock data lives across multiple systems, spreadsheets, feeds, and manual processes, problems don’t usually appear as “big failures” on day one. They start small: 🔹 unclear vehicle status; 🔹 inconsistent updates between systems; 🔹 limited ownership and approval rules; 🔹 poor visibility across locations. Over time, those small gaps turn into expensive blind spots. We know these challenges well — and that’s exactly why, over time, we made some crucial decisions while building Stock Locator, our inventory management solution. 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫: ✅ every vehicle has a clearly defined lifecycle and status; ✅ soft and hard locks prevent the same vehicle from being “available everywhere and nowhere”; ✅ centralized stock management gives OEMs and dealer groups a single source of truth; ✅ permissions, approvals and automations reduce reliance on manual updates; ✅ gives full visibility across retailers, regions, and markets - not isolated silos. It’s not about control for control’s sake. It’s about clarity, trust in the data, and the ability to confidently answer one simple question at any time: ➡️ “Where is this car - and what’s its real status right now?” Stories like this are a good reminder that stock management isn’t just an operational detail. It directly impacts sales, customer experience, and brand credibility.

4.6M units is a massive achievement, yet BYD’s hunger for more is evident... they actually missed their ambitious target by nearly 17%. To me, this gap doesn't signal a struggle. It signals even greater ambitions for global expansion. The scale and growth of BYD and other Chinese brands remain nothing short of extraordinary. As for the 'overachievers' who surpassed their targets, they’ve proven to be the ones with the most efficient supply chains and the fastest product iterations. They aren't just selling cars, they are mastering the "speed of software" in a hardware world. When you look at these 2025 numbers, do you see a market that is consolidating, or one that is just beginning to fragment?

"AI is not magic. It won’t redesign your process overnight — and that’s exactly why it works." Curious how Inchcape Américas leverages AI to stay ahead of the curve? We recently sat down with Marcio Rodriguez Granado Jr to move past the "self-driving" hype and look at what’s actually transforming the automotive industry today. As the Head of Growth Americas at Inchcape, Marcio is one of the architects behind how one of the world's leading automotive distributors is redefining the customer journey. He’s not just an observer. He’s an expert at the intersection of technical development and marketing performance. Have you ever heard of the curse of knowledge? It’s when something feels so obvious to you that you forget it isn’t obvious to others. I found an interesting 2025 study. It shows how machine learning can transform distributed operational data into a strategic business weapon. Important note: Random Forest is an old machine learning method. The research is about 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 before the transaction even matures. In the automotive industry, there are millions of possible ways to build a car (engine, drive, fuel, model, etc.). This research uses AI to identify which of those specific "technical DNA" combinations are most likely to result in a closed sale. It was a thorough analysis: 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞: Over 60,000 observations of Mercedes-Benz technical data and sales history from 2021–2023. 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥: To predict the probability of success for specific vehicle configurations – moving from intuition to evidence-based sales. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬: Researchers analyzed 261 unique configurations, looking at engine type, drive, fuel, and equipment. They used an 80/20 split, training models on one set and testing them on a separate "blind" set to ensure the results were real. The study compared several models, but Random Forest (RF) was the champion. Instead of relying on one "decision tree," RF aggregates predictions from multiple trees to reduce the risk of overfitting. It achieved an 84.3% accuracy rate and a 0.90 AUC, meaning it is incredibly good at distinguishing between a successful transaction and a missed opportunity. Human baseline: simple logistic regression, which mirrors the standard linear way humans often process information, achieved 67.92% accuracy. As we can read in an abstract of the study: 𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘶𝘮 𝘴𝘦𝘨𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵, 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘰 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦. I coudn't agree more. 👉 Important note: Random Forest is an old machine learning method. Which is even more interesting, as one can guess how much better newer ones would be...

Top 5 secrets to reliable timelines Olga Jarzyna stole them straight from her scientific research days. As a project manager and a mechanical engineer with cross-industry experience, she has found that both disciplines are fundamentally defined by the same challenge: how to build a reliable timeline. 1️⃣ 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬. The legendary deadline, milestones or dependencies from different teams help define non-negotiable boundary conditions. In engineering, you define the system’s limits before running the simulation. Applying this to project management frames the #timeline immediately. 2️⃣ 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠. Define the final state and process backwards. Find an answer to “what is an absolute must-have for this project to be completed”. It helps navigate through a broad scope and different teams. Defining the final state and processing backwards works well if a project is complex and aligns with imposed deadlines. 3️⃣ In projects with a broad scope and requiring simultaneous work on different teams, 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞. Like in CAD, each layer represents a different team with different pace but in this way it is easier to see the dependencies and find bottlenecks - in the end they all must interact at specific points. 4️⃣ 𝐈 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐩𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬. They require identifying constraints, setting the values, measuring the current state (output), and continuously apply correction and alignment to stay on track (feedback) based on real-time progress and new requirements. Flexibility is key. 5️⃣ Not every task is a deliverable. 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞. Sometimes a decision must be made and be preceded by some research, so book a slot for it, too.

We usually see each other through cameras... many of us work remotely, not only from Warsaw but from all around Poland. That’s why team integration is such a great way to spend quality time together and get to know each other human to human, not just screen to screen. So this week, members of our content, analytics, rollout and templates teams did exactly that and spent some time together offline. Laser-tag photos not included, but yes, it was a lot of fun too. 🙂 “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” Helen Keller

It’s hard to believe, but even Mercedes-Benz and Ferrari started with pixelated digital chaos. We dug up 8 old car manufacturer websites, including Jeep, Jaguar and Honda... and the transformation is unbelievable. Looking back, the “abyss” between the internet of the early 2000s and today is massive. It’s funny and nostalgic… But for us, these static pages perfectly highlight what we are focusing on right now for our clients. And how much it has changed. Because today, we’re not just talking about “web design”... we’re engineering user behavior: ✨ Animations We’re defining what should move with the scroll and what should remain static to guide the user’s attention — not just “what looks cool.” 🎛️ Buttons & design trends We analyze which shapes, placements, and styles drive the highest conversions. Which element should stand out first? What leads to action? ⚡ Impact vs. speed How do we combine high-end interactivity with lightning-fast loading? Where is the balance between “wow” moments and performance? These are challenges that didn’t exist - and weren’t even discussed - 20 years ago. Today, a company’s website is an interactive catalog, a sales assistant, and a business card all in one. And it matters more than ever.

Imagine you have to spot a 0.01 mm crack on a moving steel panel. Not once! 2,000 times a day. It’s impossible. But at BMW’s Lydia Plant in Shenyang, it’s standard procedure. How? With AI, not humans. We just dropped a new episode on how BMW is redefining the factory floor. This isn't just about "automation", it's about AI achieving a level of quality control that biology simply can't match. Inside the episode, we break down: 🏁 The 18-Minute switch: how Digital Twins (via NVIDIA Omniverse) allow for model changeovers in under 20 minutes. 👁️ The "Super Inspector": AI visual systems operating at 30fps, catching defects 200x faster than manual inspection. 🤖 The Humanoid Workforce: how Figure 01 robots are moving from "sci-fi" to the shop floor. We asked Hubert Duda, one of our fullstack developers, to share a few of his go-to sources of knowledge, tools, and habits that fuel his daily work. Here’s what he said: 📘 Book: "The Pragmatic Programmer" by David Thomas & Andrew Hunt “The Pragmatic Programmer is one of the most timeless and practical books I’ve read as a developer. It focuses on mindset and problem-solving rather than just tools. It taught me to write cleaner code and think like a more adaptable engineer.” 💡 Quote: 𝐶𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑡𝑦 𝑖𝑠 𝑖𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑙𝑙𝑖𝑔𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑓𝑢𝑛. – Albert Einstein (or anonymous) “Working as a developer is a constant creativity challenge. More complex tasks are exercises for the brain — and we should enjoy solving them.” 🎥 YouTube Channel: Fireship “I love the concise, sarcastic, and high-value videos. Every episode is straight to the point, with no filler. Perfect for developers who want to stay up to date with the latest technologies.” 🛠️ Tool: Cursor “Every developer should try to integrate AI tools into their workflow. Cursor helps me write code faster and with fewer errors. Of course, you still need to review the output — but it saves tons of time writing boilerplate.” 👤 Person to Follow: Kamil Mysliwiec “Creator of the NestJS framework (over 5.5 million downloads!). He shares valuable insights about backend architecture and software design. As a fullstack developer, his content is both inspiring and highly practical.” ⚙️ Work Habit: KISS – Keep It Simple, Stupid “It doesn’t need much explanation. Work smart, not hard. In software development, complexity grows fast — keeping things simple ensures maintainable code and long-term efficiency. That’s my way of thinking.”

I had a nice a chat with Martyna Kozłowska, from Reffine, about the world of AI in Automotive. As a marketing professional, I tend to be extremely skeptical with any hyped words or technologies. Remember the metaverse? Despite that, I truly believe that AI (here I focus a lot in GenAI) has the power of drastically changing how we do marketing and also how the automotive companies operate. Entry cost of technology is definitely a challenge for traditional companies, while Chinese OEMs are able to have huge efficiencies in cost-optimization. My guess? We will have a much different landscape of OEMs in 10-15 years, some traditional brands will be able to adapt, some not, some new chinese will not be sustainable, some will. Exciting times. #AI #MarketingAI #MarketingEffectiveness #automotive

I talk with automotive leaders quite often, and one thing is clear... #AI is no longer a question of if, but how quickly it will be introduced across processes. In Dubai especially, every conversation I had (and I had a few) showed genuine excitement about AI product ideas we’re working on or planning to introduce (more on that soon 👀). And the data supports this momentum: 📈 The AI market in automotive will jump from $4.28B in 2024 to $18.6B by 2030 (+335%). Leading OEMs are already cashing in: 🔹 SAIC-General Motors-Wuling Automobile Co.,Ltd. boosted sales lead conversion by 119%. 🔹 BYD filtered 95% of leads, generating $112 mln. 🔹 Changan Automobile gained 32,000 new sales. What’s next? I believe the real debate isn’t whether AI will replace traditional showroom sales roles… but how it will help people work smarter, faster, and more effectively. ✉️ We broke down each of these cases in detail in our newsletters: link in the comments.

$186 billion. Nice number, right? But where is that value actually being created? Is it in hardware, software, or a specific level of autonomy? Different forecasts from major firms like Global Market Insights Inc. and Grand View Research, Inc show exponential growth, but they also reveal a complex picture. Winning in this space isn't just about having the best algorithm... it's about understanding the entire ecosystem, not just one #AI element. In our newest newsletter episode (remember to subscribe!), we dissect these forecasts and pinpoint: 🔹 The single technology segment poised to exceed $110 billion. 🔹 The critical challenges that could derail even the most promising players. 🔹 Insights from our team - Małgorzata Badowiec (CFO) and Tomasz Dmowski (Frontend developer).

As the industry evolves, so must our approach to inventory. 👉 The future isn't just about selling cars... it's about creating a seamless, efficient, and customer-centric journey from factory to driveway. As more OEMs and dealers adopt the agency model, centralized inventory isn’t a luxury... It’s a necessity. Key challenges include: • Balancing regional demand with global inventory visibility. • Ensuring the right vehicle is in the right place, at the right time. • Maintaining excellent customer experience across multiple channels and borders. At Reffine, with our Stock Locator solution, we help automotive companies: ✔️ See all stock in real-time, across regions & stakeholders. ✔️ Enable efficient cross-dealer / cross-country transfers without losing visibility. ✔️ Make data-driven decisions to anticipate demand & avoid stockouts. More about the centralized strock management and about our solution in the links in the comments section.

The real challenge isn’t just building new AI tools from scratch. It’s about integrating AI intelligently into products that dealers and OEMs already use every day. 📸 That’s why our AI Image Sorting lives inside Stock Locator, our inventory solution. It automatically classifies photos by angle and content (front, wheels, interiors, details). To do so, it was trained on thousands of car photos. 💡 Why bother? It... ✔️ reduces manual sorting; ✔️ ensures the best shots appear first; ✔️ keeps brand presentation consistent across markets; ✔️ helps manage thousands of images across multiple dealerships quickly and reliably. We don't know what future brings. Noone does. But we know AI is here to stay. That’s why we’re planning new AI products, one of which we hope to start testing soon with some of our clients. Which areas of automotive digital solutions do you think AI should transform next?

I’m constantly amazed at how quickly Chinese car makers are growing and expanding worldwide, especially in Europe. In June 2025, Chinese automakers outsold Mercedes-Benz in Europe. In the first half of the year, they even surpassed Ford. Their market share nearly doubled: from 2.7% in June 2024 to 5.1% in 2025... and this is just the beginning. What this means: 🔹 Chinese OEMs are no longer niche, they’re becoming key shapers of the global automotive industry. ⚡ It’s not only about competitive pricing. After the conference in Berlin, one thing was clear to me: they move fast. Business decisions, product rollouts, and processes happen at speed. What are your thoughts: can Chinese brands break into the Top 5 in Europe by 2030? As for the TOP 5 Chinese brands in Europe so far: BYD EUROPE, Jaeco, Omoda, Leapmotor, XPENG Congratulations Shuai Hu, Yufei Li, Piotr Ziarkowski, Jing Cao, Milosz Tomanek, Marcel Brusik, Lukasz Kozlowski Data and the graph at the bottom - JATO Dynamics

How does an 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 $𝟏𝟏𝟐 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 in e-commerce revenue? Hint: It's not just about building great cars. It's about intelligently managing who buys them. SAIC-General Motors-Wuling Automobile Co.,Ltd. is using AI to qualify leads and personalize marketing at an incredible scale. While AI filters out bad leads, the real power comes from transforming how they engage with the good ones. It’s about personalization at scale. As Adam Wardach, CEO at Reffine, comments, the future is hyper-personalization: "AI can call a client to book a test drive and have a completely different vibe focused on their family when calling an Indian customer from Dubai or a classy, calm, super polite Arab individual from Saudi Arabia." 👉 Read more about how SAIC’s AI-driven system screens, qualifies and personalizes customer journeys in our latest newsletter. The biggest competitors for OEMs aren’t other car manufacturers… It’s the mindset: “𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐲.” In the automotive world, this mindset keeps OEMs’ customers stuck in the past: ❌ endless phone calls to book test drives, ❌ outdated vehicle listings on websites, ❌ confusing model configurators. This isn’t just inefficient, it’s a barrier to winning new customers and a threat to existing loyalty. The industry is evolving fast. We’re seeing it firsthand. And the truth is, we can’t predict which companies will thrive in the next decade, or which ones will disappear. ✅ But we do know this: the race is no longer just about the quality of the cars. It’s also about 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞. The brands that make it effortless to explore models, configure a car, and book a test drive will be the ones that win.

Greyscale still rules the road. Globally 84% of new cars are white/gray/black/silver. But the local twists are where it gets fun. 👇 Swipe the carousel to see how color tastes shift by region. What stood out to us: 🇨🇳 There is only one market where white isn’t #1: China, where black leads at 30%. 🟦 From non-greyscale colors blue leads the way. In South Korea it hit 10% (top 4), in North America and Europe 9%. 🇮🇳 In most countries gray is more popular than silver. Except India, where 27% new cars were in this color. 🇯🇵 Japanese love pearl white! 38% people chose white cars, with 29% pearl. You get a photo of a used car, with some trees and a not-so-aesthetic wall behind it. ❌ Definitely not showroom quality. And now it’s supposed to go on your company website? You have a few options: a) Put it up as it is, accepting that it doesn’t fit the aesthetic. b) Ask your graphic designers for help every time and have the background edited. c) Or, our client’s choice, with our help, use AI to replace the background. That’s exactly what our new Reffine Stock Locator integration with Spyne AI achieves. ✅ No fuss. No heavy editing teams. Just clean, professional car photos that put the spotlight on what matters: your vehicles. “With AI, we can automate the cleanup while making sure the cars still look natural and professionally presented. The goal was to make it seamless for users — upload the photo, get a clean result, no extra steps,” says Michał Grzegorczyk, Team Leader & Front End Developer at Reffine. 👉 Head to our blog to see how it works - link in the comments. #automotive #AI

I asked recent AI models to generate images of the MG Cyberster. (All with #sameprompt on paid versions) The results? Beautiful… but terribly wrong from #Automotive Brand Manager perspective. 📸 Want to see what each AI model generated? Check out the full side-by-side breakdown in my article. 👇 Why even do this? I’ve been curious: ➡️ Can AI image generators deliver real-world accuracy? ➡️ Can they handle a car that’s new, boldly styled, and not widely photographed yet? ➡️ Can we trust #GenAI them in product images gen, configurators, and catalogs? --- If you like the idea, I’d gladly test another car model! Any suggestions?

Last Friday, our CTO Tomasz Badowiec brought the whole company together for an internal AI Day. Why? Because knowledge shouldn't sit in silos, it should be shared and questioned. Here’s what we explored: Grzegorz Korzeniowski explained the foundations of LLMs, how they work, what to watch out for, and what generative AI actually means. Caro Grabowska walked us through the art of prompt engineering and later introduced us to AI agents and a few tools that are worth bookmarking. Oliwia Szczerbetka gave us a tour of the AI tools we already use across the company. Martyna Kozłowska focused on NotebookLM and how to leverage AI to work with meeting transcripts. Juliusz Rychwalski shared clever tips and tricks for using AI inside Jira. Adam Wardach took a deep dive into AI deep research, comparing various solutions and use cases. And finally, Tomasz Badowiec closed the day with a much-needed reality check on risks, precautions, and responsible AI use. The day was packed with questions, thoughtful feedback, and a shared sense of curiosity. We’ll definitely be doing this again. #AI #CompanyCulture #Reffine

Recently Tomasz Badowiec and Oliwia Szczerbetka had the pleasure of traveling to the UK for our quarterly meeting with JLR. It was fantastic to reconnect with everyone in person, share our recent work, and gain insights from all the presentations. As the photos show, there was also time for a bit of fun... and it certainly delivered! One of the highlights was touring the legendary JLR Classic workshop, where history comes alive through iconic models. “Money may not buy happiness, but I’d rather cry in a Jaguar than on a bus.” (Françoise Sagan) After this trip, surrounded by such legendary cars, this quote feels even more true. 😉 A huge thank-you to Morgan Herevy Simon W. Luisa Manning and everyone else who made this visit memorable!

BYD has not only introduced in-car karaoke systems, allowing passengers to sing along during their journeys, but also incorporated AI into it! The company started in China, but as the experiment was a success, it then debuted in Europe and Brazil during Christmas and is now rolling it out in other markets! What's the AI's role in it? 📱 AI listens to someone singing and analyzes pitch and rhythm on the fly, like in music games. 📱 It then processes the real-time vocal input to provide feedback. 📱 The system uses natural language processing (NLP) and AI to allow passengers to control the experience without taking their eyes off the road. "By enabling scoring as a standard feature in our cars, we're transforming every journey into a memorable and interactive experience for our customers worldwide," said Stella Li, Executive Vice President of BYD and CEO of BYD Americas. The company launched this feature in partnership with Stingray and The Singing Machine Company, Inc. 🔹 𝐹𝑢𝑛 𝑓𝑎𝑐𝑡 𝑎𝑠 𝑝𝑎𝑟𝑡 𝑜𝑓 𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑛𝑒𝑤 𝑠𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑠 "𝐴𝐼 𝑖𝑛 𝐴𝑢𝑡𝑜𝑚𝑜𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑒" 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝐴𝐼 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑐𝑎𝑟 𝑒𝑛𝑡ℎ𝑢𝑠𝑖𝑎𝑠𝑡𝑠 𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒. Yesterday, Daria Rudnik and Martyna Kozłowska from our team had the chance to attend #AICreativeFest at the Legia Stadium – a high-energy event filled with bold perspectives, future-ready tools, and plenty of food for thought. What inspired us: 💡 The idea that AI can create more room for creativity in marketing – by automating repetitive tasks, it gives us back time to focus on strategy, storytelling, and smart personalization. 💡 Tools and use cases that go beyond hype – like Replit or Digital First AI, showing real, practical value for marketers and content creators. 💡 With AI, we can go deeper – building more personalized campaigns for smaller segments. Thanks to everyone who made the event such a rewarding experience – from organizers and speakers to the new and familiar faces we met. You don’t redefine customer journeys by adding a button. You do it by building an ecosystem behind that button. That’s exactly what we did together with Jaguar Land Rover Ukraine and Winner Automotive Group. What started as a need for a test-drive reservation tool turned into a strategically orchestrated experience. Designed not just for users, but for the brand, for dealers, and for long-term growth. “𝙄𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖 𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙚 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. 𝙄𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢, 𝙘𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙙, 𝙨𝙮𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙙, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡-𝙘𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙," says Robert Pawlicki, Back End Developer at Reffine. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐰: 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 ▪️ It all starts when the customer fills out a form - in our tool, Reffine Forms. ▪️ They go through a phone number verification via Twilio. ▪️ They proceed to payment via LiqPay. → Once confirmed, the system instantly creates two synced reservations: ✔ In Reffine Stock Locator ✔ In Dynamics 365 F&O → The LiqPay transaction ID is injected automatically into both systems. ▪️ In the background a sales flow in Pipedrive is created. → Different custom objects are created: person, lead, activity, note, etc. → IDs and metadata flow in dynamically, no manual input is needed. ▪️ Also in the background the inventory syncs between Stock Locator ↔ Dynamics 365 F&O ✔ Every 5 minutes: live availability ✔ Every 8 hours: full update of all listings ▪️ All of this starts with one user action: submitting data though the form, our solution, customized for JLR Ukraine. Part of the success, quite a huge one, was the seamless collaboration with the client team. Not just smooth communication, but shared ownership of the vision, flexibility in exploring solutions, and mutual trust throughout the entire journey. Julia Antonyuk, Senior Network Development Project Manager at Jaguar Land Rover Ukraine, said (among others, her full statement is on our website): “𝙒𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙪𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙠𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙪𝙥 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙮." One big advantage of not being an enterprise-sized team? 👉 We move fast and we adapt when our clients need it. As Grzegorz Korzeniowski, our VP of Engineering, puts it: “Unlike enterprise solutions that force businesses to adapt to their software, our approach is different. We believe in listening first, then building solutions tailored to specific market needs. That’s why we don’t just develop software, we co-create it with our clients.” From Japan to Europe, Australia to Ukraine, we’ve built custom solutions that flex to real-world complexity. Curious what that looks like? 👉 Check out a few examples on our site: https://lnkd.in/d55JaQdS

According to data from a cross-generational survey of over 4,000 users of the Cars. com online auto shopping platform, Gen Z doesn't just prefer a digital experience, they expect the entire journey to move fluidly between online and offline. Booking a test drive? They anticipate automated confirmations, digital reminders, and ongoing interactions before even stepping into the showroom. ⚠️ 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞: For many OEMs, the journey still breaks at the digital/physical line. Once a lead is passed to a salesperson, the experience becomes entirely offline, often with little to no handover. To put this shift into context, here’s a generalized comparison of car-buying journeys across generations. (Yes, there are always exceptions, but the trend is clear.) 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 (1946–1964) 1. Sees an ad (TV, print, word of mouth). 2. Walks into a dealership to browse. 3. Talks to a salesperson, test drives. 4. Makes the decision and buys on-site. ➡️ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲. 𝐆𝐞𝐧 𝐗 (1965–1980) 1. Starts with magazine reviews, forums, or dealership brochures. 2. Calls or visits a few dealerships for comparisons. 3. Test drives before negotiating face-to-face. 4. Buys in person, often after multiple visits. ➡️ 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞-𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝. 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 (1981–1996) 1. Starts with online research - reviews, YouTube, configurators. 2. Shortlists cars, checks availability. 3. Books test drives online, negotiates in person. 4. Finalizes the deal offline, sometimes after further online comparison. ➡️ 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞-𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞. 𝐆𝐞𝐧 𝐙 (1997–2012) 1. Discovers cars via TikTok, influencers, social media. 2. Researches, configures, and books test drives online. 3. Expects instant confirmations, chat/video contact, app reminders. 4. Visits showroom to validate, not to begin. May finalize purchase fully online. ➡️ 𝐎𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐛𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐲.

It shows you value your customer’s time. And that goes a long way in markets where trust is earned digitally. That’s why we’re thrilled to see our work paying off. We don’t just build websites... we build fast, reliable, conversion-friendly platforms.

Thank you, Linda Gajic. It was a pleasure, couldn't have asked for a better collaboration. We hope there’s a chance we’ll work together again in the future. So this is a thank you, but not a goodbye.

Sure, virtual meetings are efficient, but real conversations still work best face-to-face. It was a real pleasure meeting with Ina Miča (CX Manager, Mazda Baltics and Finland) and Marcin Pawlowski (Website & Search Marketing Manager for Europe), our clients from Inchcape Digital. Our time together helped us align more clearly on how our Stock Locator is performing: what’s working well, and where we can make it better to further support Inchcape goals. Thanks for your time, insights, and the good laughs in between. Already looking forward to the next one!

What happens after a client shares feedback with us❓ How do we handle tough or critical responses❓ And how do we make sure it leads to real change... not just notes in a file❓ In our latest blog post, Ewelina Gowkielewicz, Project Manager at Reffine, shares how we turn NPS survey results into practical improvements, in both our tools and how we work with clients. 📊 You’ll also find a snapshot of our NPS results from Q1 2025 in the graphics. Read it here: https://lnkd.in/diaUdWdb Our COO, Małgorzata Badowiec, puts it clearly: “Our clients are our partners, and we treat their feedback as a strategic resource. Every market has its own challenges, and NPS gives us a shared language to understand them. That’s how we grow, by staying close to the ground, even when we operate globally.”

“Traditional OEMs need to go through a fundamental mindset change.” This quote from Scott Thiele perfectly captures the sentiment echoed across the automotive industry right now. We’re at the Automotive Masterminds - The new Automotive Conference event in Berlin with Wojciech Mańczak, continuing to build and refine not only our current Reffine solutions but also our upcoming AI-powered product. Being surrounded by industry veterans, thought leaders, and innovators has been a fantastic opportunity to gather insights, get inspired, and exchange ideas. Big thanks to Augustin Friedel 🚲 🛴 🛵 🚘, David Sultzer, Felix Wunderlich, and everyone else for the insightful panels and thought-provoking hallway conversations! Pricing looks simple... until you try doing it at scale, across multiple markets. Behind the scenes, OEMs are constantly juggling: ◾️ Local currency regulations ◾️ Varying tax and fee structures ◾️ Finance and leasing partnerships ◾️ UX localization for each market ◾️ Global consistency It’s about showing the right price, to the right person, in the right format, based on where they are and how they want to pay. In our latest blog post, Oliwia Szczerbetka, Project Manager, breaks down how automotive brands make it all work... from building flexible pricing logic in complex backend systems to syncing with external financing tools and ensuring compliance across regions. "Pricing and payments may look simple on the surface, but they’re one of the most sensitive and complex parts of the entire system," says Marcin Pietranik, Automation QA Engineer. 📖 Read the full article: https://lnkd.in/dpHnm8vN #Automotive #Localization

Why do the smallest things, like forms, end up causing the biggest headaches? On the surface, they’re simple. But one missed validation, one poorly structured backend or one inaccessible field… and suddenly your form is costing more than it’s collecting. 💡 We built a solution that is treated as part of the overall experience, not just a last-minute add-on. Designed with automotive brands and OEMs in mind, 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬 fits into complex website ecosystems: handling high-volume traffic, multilingual logic, and global compliance requirements. Everything is: 🔹 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 🔹 𝐐𝐀-𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 🔹 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦-𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘙𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘢, 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘭 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘨𝘯 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘤𝘦, 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘹𝘵𝘳𝘢. It’s just… making sure the forms actually work. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/dGBmUd5y

What does it take to deliver a premium digital experience, fully aligned with local regulations, for an OEM branch in Japan? 👉 The answer: You don’t simply localize. You customize smartly. At Reffine, we recently took on this challenge — or rather, a series of challenges — while supporting Jaguar Land Rover Japan. Key challenges included: ◾ Integrating with CarSensor, Japan's leading automotive marketplace. ◾ Navigating local pricing regulations and legal obligations. ◾ Handling complex postal code-to-geolocation mappings. ◾ Supporting the Japanese language across all user interfaces. ◾ Complying with local regulations for customer data access and privacy. 💡 Tough challenges? Yes. But with successful results. 🔗 Read the full case study: https://lnkd.in/dwnUyeWU The result? “By introducing tailored, local functionalities while maintaining global consistency, we’ve enhanced customer experience and improved business outcomes in Japan.” Hirotaka Gotanda, Digital Marketing Manager, Jaguar Land Rover Japan
